A. Frank Baron received a J.D. with distinction from the University of Iowa. He was a law clerk to Judge Martin D. Van Oosterhout, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. He is a member of the Woodbury County Ethics and Grievance Committee, where he currently serves as Chairman. He is also a member of Iowa State Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Jeffrey A. Sar received a J.D. from the University of South Dakota. He authored "The Federal Advisory Committee Act: A Key to Washington's Back Door," 20 South Dakota Law Review 380, 1975. He is a member of the Woodbury County, Iowa State and American Bar Associations.

F. Lee Goodwin received a J.D. from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He is a member of the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Iowa Criminal Rules. He is also a member of the Dakota County, Woodbury County, Iowa State and Nebraska State bar Associations.

David L. Gill received a J.D. with distinction from the University of Iowa. He is a former Assistant County Attorney and First Assistant County Attorney. He is a member of the Woodbury County, Iowa State and Nebraska State Bar Associations.

Gregory N. Lohr received a J.D. from Creighton University. He is a member of the Woodbury County, Iowa State and Nebraska State Bar Associations.
